AI search visibility for growing businesses

Be the name AI recommends.

Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini who to hire. Each answer names two or three businesses, and that's the whole list. CiteSparrow gets you on it, then shows you the proof every month.

Field note 01 · The shortlist

There's no page two in an AI answer.

Search gave people ten links to dig through. AI gives them one answer with a few names, and most people go with it.

If you're in that answer, you get the call. If you're not, the customer never knew you existed. And the AI decides who to name based on what the web says about you, which is something you can change.

Field note 03 · How we measure

One number: how often AI says your name.

Your AI visibility score is the share of answers to your buyers' questions that mention you. We check it every week, across every major AI engine.

visibility = answers that name you
÷ answers to your buyers' questions

Field note 06 · Questions

Straight answers.

Isn't this just SEO?

It overlaps, but it's different. SEO aims for a spot on a results page. AI visibility aims for a mention inside the answer. AI engines lean on reviews, lists and forum threads, and they favor pages that answer a question directly. Good SEO helps, but it won't get you named on its own.

How fast will I see results?

Changes on your own site can show up in some answers within weeks. Mentions on other sites take longer, often a few months. That's why we track weekly and report monthly, so you see the trend, not guesses.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?

No one honestly can. Nobody controls AI answers. What you get is a measured starting point, a clear plan, steady work, and a score you can watch move.

Who is this for?

Any business whose customers research before they buy: local services, professional firms, software companies, online stores. If someone could ask AI "who's the best at what you do," it's for you.

What do I need to do?

A 30-minute kickoff about your customers and competitors, and a way for us to publish on your site. We handle the research, writing, outreach and reporting.
